Human aging is reversible. Scientific research shows that we can literally turn back the biomarkers of aging, which include blood pressure, sex hormone levels, muscle strength, cholesterol levels and many others. If you are 60 years of age chronologically, but physically, mentally and spiritually fit, your biological age could be forty-five years young. (You could also be forty-five years old, but physically and emotionally burnt out, with all the biological markers of a 60-year-old.) Using the tools in this book, readers learn specific strategies for melting away those biological years so they can feel, perform, and look like they did as many as fifteen years before."Grow Younger, Live Longer" is a complete manual for renewal. In its pages you will find a simple, practical, step-by-step program for reversing aging. At the heart of the book are ten steps: *Step 1: Change Your Perception; *Step 2: Access Restful Awareness and Restful Sleep; *Step 3: Nurture Your Body Through HealthyFood; *St 4: Use Nutritional Complements Wisely; *Step 5: Enhance Mind/Body Integration; -- Step 6: Exercise; -- Step 7: Eliminate
