About the author (2005)

William J. Adams is a father of two and grandfather of eight. He has written songs and produced records, including rock, R & B and Country. Bill produced a childrens record for a local area children's TV show. He also co-produced a record album entitled The Story of Howdy Doody with Buffalo Bob Smith and the original cast of the famed TV show which aired from 1947-1963. Formerly an editor and publisher of local newspapers in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, he and his wife, Eileen are now retired and living in Central Florida.Tom Stiglich, illustrator, was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia where he graduated with honors. He has been an illustrator, art director and for the past six years, a graphic designer for weekly newspapers in Philadelphia. Tom's editorial cartoons appear in many Philadelphia and New Jersey newspapers and have been seen in USA Today, New York Times, Newsweek, King Features Syndicates The New Breed and the annual book series Editorial Cartoons of the Year and many more. He is a member of The National Cartoonists Society and the Association of American Editorial Cartoonists.
