Americans today are more interested in health than ever before. Yet, many popular programs focus only on weight control, slighting nutrition in the process. In this exciting new book, Dr. Terry Dorian shows how you can both maintain weight and maximize health by eating a diet rich in healthy, whole-foods cuisine.

As a wife, mother, educator, and scholar, Dr. Dorian understands the demands of a busy life. But, she also knows how important it is to eat whole foods. Not only did whole-foods concentrates cure her own health crisis, but studies have verified the many benefits of a whole-foods regime.

Is it possible to eat complete meals and stay trim?

Are health-food store products really healthier?

Can whole-foods concentrates really cure disease?

In Health Begins in Him, Dr. Dorian provides the answers to these and other vital questions about nutrition. Equally important, she discusses the role of joy and thankfulness in healing our bodies and keeping them strong.
