Does know one else see the typo by Billie Ann Brotman in the WIC study? She states that the utilization of nurses only decrease when there are three nurses and three clerks, but according to her models and data, Model 3 only decreases in utilization when there are two nurses and two clerks! Her study does not make sense based on her data findings and discussion. There must be a misprint!
