This is Heber Weber.

Dieting got you down? Dropping the pounds tougher than running up ten flights of stairs with a bowling ball tethered to each foot? Do you believe a machete in the hands of an unskilled surgeon is a viable alternative when it comes to weight loss? You’re not alone. We all need a little help sometimes, and a few minutes of laughter can do wonders for a starving body.

So, take a minute and relax from the battle. Every warrior—and let’s face it, losing weight is a war—needs some down time, time to unwind from the constant cravings for food, time to sit back and enjoy a laugh or two. So, kick that bag of chips across the room and scream, “No! No, I will not eat you! You sons of salty snacks! You’ve shamed me for the last time! I’ll smash every one of you! I’ll . . . !”

Well, okay, sorry, I got a little carried away, but take a moment and have a hearty chuckle while you read Heber Weber’s Sure Fire Diet Plan. It’ll help you gain some perspective. Laughter, after all, is good for you. The endorphins it creates will make you feel wonderful. Then, rejuvenated, you can walk over to that bag of chips and stomp them into a finely ground powder before you add them to your diet milkshake.
