About the author (1998)

After graduating from New College, Oxford, in 1976," Haydn Middleton "has taught and lectured in history. He is also the author of six acclaimed novels. He lives in Oxford, England, with his two children.

Tony Morris is a history publisher, dedicated walker, and former board director of the Theatre de Complicite. He grew up in Belfast, studied at Cambridge, and now lives in London with his wife and their young daughter.
