About the author (2005)

Lisa Haneberg (Port Orchard, WA) is management trainer and coach, as well as an expert in one-on-one management coaching and organizational development. Ms. Haneberg has worked with companies as diverse as Amazon.com, Black & Decker, Intel, and Mead Paper. She is a certified master trainer and a behavioral assessment interpreter. She has done graduate-level course-work in industrial psychology and business at Johns Hopkins and Ohio State University.
