About the author (1996)

Joann Skrypzak is the curator of the "Design, Vienna 1890s-1930s exhibition at the Elvehjem Museum of Art (now the Chazen Museum of Art.) Barbara C. Buenger is Professor of Art History at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

After receiving a BFA from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, David Klamen took an MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. Art critic David Pagel writes for the Los Angeles Times and is an assistant professor of art theory and history at Claremont Graduate University. Russell Panczenko is director of the Chazen Museum of Art.

Andrew Stevens is curator of prints, drawings, and photographs at the Chazen Museum of Art at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bruce Brooks Pfeiffer is Director of the Frank Lloyd Wright Archives at the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, Taliesin West, in Scottsdale, AZ
