About the author (2002)

Kessler is a graduate of the University of Hartford and is an accounts administrator for a business technologies firm in Windsor, CT.

Winar has been involved in military figure painting for 35 years. A public utility coordinator form South Windsor, Connecticut, he served as a helicopter crew chief/gunner with the Marines in Vietnam. He currently races bicycles, paints figures and vignettes, creates custom 1/6 scale figures for military figure collectors.
