This work is the 2nd edition of a successful text that deals with the protection of commercially sensitive information. It contains commentary on the latest changes to the privacy regime installed by the Federal Government and other changes to the law dealing with the protection of privacy since the 1st edition. It brings together disparate areas of law that all touch on the issue of privacy and its protection: international, common, statutory, criminal and civil law. The text addresses the changes that the Federal Government has made regarding Privacy and the private sector. The legislation will come into effect at the end of the year, so the book will be up-to-date with a new legislative regime.
