There is lot of knowledge incorporated including the Sanskrit Quotes etc. It is more relevant to a manufacturing set up than an Information Technology organization. IT HR is more dynamic and the very businesses have been changing and human dynamics are taking a new shape and there is an enormous pressure and stress levels on the people, Process and Delivery.
This book will be helpful to a practitioner on labour laws and for the students/ HR professionals who would like the concepts . However it is a good work in compiling variuos things about HRD from the perspective of Public sector undertakings and it is a great job done Regards, Ravi Shankar , Cell : 9900638383
