About the author (1992)

Andrew J. DuBrin received his PhD in Industrial Psychology from Michigan State University. He is Professor Emeritus of Management at Rochester Institute of Technology, College of Business, where he has taught courses in organizational behavior, career development, and leadership in organizations. An experienced industrial and organizational psychologist, Dr. DuBrin specializes in career development, self-help, and leadership development. He has served as a psychological consultant to many organizations and individuals, and has led seminars on management issues. Dr. DuBrin has published more than 40 books, as well as numerous articles in prominent journals.
