I bought this book 20 years ago. Went over it once and then left it alone until I came back from Iraq 15 years later and couldn't sleep. After studying the self hypnosis techniques I could literally count backwards from 10 and be asleep before I hit one. Meds were horrible for me. Also touched on things like, experiencing your past lives, astral projection or remote viewing which the United States government has conducted experiments on in project Stargate. This is the same stuff that has been used for centuries by the greatest minds in the world, Einstein, Tesla, Socrates and many more. Do not hesitate to purchase this if you are a beginner and think you have psychic powers, are capable of abstract thought .. This will be my second purchase of the book and first of many more from William Hewitt .
