This book will challenge you to ask yourself some basic questions, questions that will start the process of setting your spirit free; free from distortions, attachments, free from pain, hate and resentment.

About the author (2010)

My name is Mildred Bernard I am 28 years old I was born and raised in Long Island New York. I have three sisters and one half brother and a cat named Cinque. My mother and father are both still alive and married to each other. I went to Brentwood High School then to Delaware State University where I majored in Psychology. I received a master's degree from Chatham University in school counseling and mental health community counseling.Currently I am a guidance counselor at a Middle School in Florida. I am currently working on my PhD in marriage and family therapy and would like to open a wellness center for the mind body and soul. I am a member of the charismatic prayer team at my church and I am a Reiki Master Teacher. I dance and sometimes teach salsa. More so I am a daughter and a sister, a teacher and a counselor, and a friend. I am creative adventure reliable and kind. I am artist and enjoy nature, life and love. I welcome everyone into my world because I feel and know that we all work together we achieve more at a faster rate.
