About the author (2010)

Recognized leadership and personal improvement expert, Mark T. Farias has spent a lifetime travelling the world to study and apply transformational leadership and personal excellence principles. He is the son of an immigrant mother whose parents survived Auschwitz. Mark moved to America at 12, quickly learning the language and what it takes to create success. He wanted to earn his citizenship and volunteered to serve in the US Air Force, where he became a decorated veteran.
