About the author (2010)

The Author is marc murchison and after a two year bout of pure misery having been diagnosed with anxiety and panic disorder, he felt inspired to write this self help book. During that time decided he was not going to just lay down and take this abuse. In this book he began to work on ways to harness some of the affects that this disorder had on him. It was not long as time went on he found himself fighting back and becoming able to identify with the signs and warnings of an attack starting to come on and soon was helping others to get a handle on their anxiety and panic disorder. He is not a doctor just a common small businessman that feels using a simple approach and the power of the mind can help you begin to identify and overcome the fear that anxiety and panic disorder has on you.
