Isolarirecords a cycle of recent work that encompasses the memory of a city of water suspended between two lagoons. The Venice-based artist has had numerous exhibitions in Italy and abroad, and has also collaborated on stage settings, architectonic collections and experimental cinema.

About the author (2003)

Mark di Suvero received the Lifetime Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Award from the International Sculpture Center and the Heinz Award for the Arts and Humanities. Francois Barre has held top cultural positions in France.
