T.T. Liang is one of the most revered living masters of T'ai Chi Ch'uan, with over fifty years of T'ai Chi experience. As senior student to Chen Man-ch'ing & author of the best-selling T'AI CHI CH'UAN FOR HEALTH & SELF-DEFENSE he helped to introduce T'ai Chi to America. Having studied with fifteen of the greatest T'ai Chi masters, T.T. Liang's teachings have a formidable authority. This book presents the very heart of Liang's teachings, including his own version of the Yang style 150 posture solo form. Taken from T.T.'s own notes, this is the most comprehensive description of the form ever presented. The remarkable photography captures both the full meaning of "imagination becoming reality" & provides an easy to use step by step presentation of each posture. T.T. Liang's rare interviews, articles & anecdotes will give you important insights into the basic principles of T'ai Chi. IMAGINATION BECOMES REALITY will be the classic text on the T'ai Chi solo form for years to come.
