About the author (2010)

JONATHAN WIGGINS is CEO of West-Consultancy and a top-sport trainer for Wielerbond Vlaanderen (Flemish cycling federation). He is currently working on research projects in cooperation with the University of Leuven and spinoff company Biorics and their partners West-Consultancy. Wiggins is a lecturer for diverse sport federations worldwide. He is top sport coach education tutor, UK Level 4 coach, USA Level V International coach, Fellow of the Institute of Swimming Teachers and Coaches, and an Associate of the American Coaches Association. Wiggins graduated with a bachelor of physical education and postgraduate degree in sports psychology.
