Kaya's story is the tale of a multifaceted life. Being born during the war and growing up under poor and depressing circumstances poses no obstacle for her to eventually become an adventurer, first on the outer and later on the inner level. Growing into a woman she sheds her repressive religious and sexual upbringing completely when she meets a 'sex guru', joins several of his communes and later meets other spiritual teachers The insights she gains from this adventure lead her ever deeper into exploring what transcends personality and might be the 'essence of life' itself. The way she receives help through the different stages of her life is nothing short of outstanding.
