In Search of Family Rutzen
Ferdinand Rutzen emigrated from Köslin (now Koszalin), Pomerania, now Poland, in 1877. He settled in Elkton, Minnesota, and married Christine Kaemper, daughter of German immigrants Rudolf and Lisette Kaemper, in 1890. They had eleven children.
