Side 92 - Voting Rights Act of 1965 79 Stat. 437, 42 USC § 7973 AN ACT To enforce the fifteenth amendment to the Constitution of the United States, and for other purposes. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That this Act shall be known as the "Voting Rights Act of 1965.
