Marcus Anselm is a solicitor in the telecommunications and IT unit in the corporate finance department of Olswang. He is co-author of the Corporate Finance Companion, also published by Blackstone Press. Alasdair Bleakley is a solicitor in the entertainment and information technology law department of Tarlo Lyons.
