Journal of Law, Economics & Organization, Volume 16
Yale University Press, 2000 - Economics
The Journal of Law, Economics, and Organization seeks to promote an interdisciplinary understanding of many complex phenomena by examining such matters from a combined law, economics, and organization perspective (or a two- way combination thereof). In this context, the term organization is used broadly to include scholarship drawing on political science, psychology and sociology, among other fields.
