A very good smoothie book...
Recipes range from very simple to more time consuming to prepare, from very healthy all the way to very decadent. There are special sections for smoothies that children
will enjoy as well as alcoholic smoothies. There is also advise on how to change ingredients for special needs. The book is also very well illustrated with colour photos so that you will want to make them, as well as providing an idea of how to present them if you want to serve them to guests.
There are some very unusual combinations (which I probably would not have thought of but which tasted very good) as well as good old trusted recipes
If you are only going to have one smoothie book then this should probably be it.....

Suzannah Olivier is a qualified nutritionist and is herself a breast cancer survivor. She is a lecturer with the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, writes health features for The Times (London), and is a committed campaigner for women with breast cancer. She is also the author of numerous health titles. She lives in Norfolk, England.

Joanna Farrow is a freelance food writer and food stylist. She has worked for numerous food magazines, and is the author of several books, including "Seasonal Preserves.
