About the author (2018)

David J Anderson is an innovator in management thinking for 21st Century businesses. He is chairman of Lean Kanban Inc., a training, consulting, events, and publishing business, making new ideas accessible to managers across the globe. He has more than 30 years' experience in the high-technology industry, starting with games in the early 1980s. He worked at IBM, Sprint, Motorola, and Microsoft, as well as a number of startup businesses. He is the pioneer of both the Kanban Method and Enterprise Services Planning.

Teodora Bozheva has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of software development. She has personally undergone all the challenges in managing large projects and meeting tough schedules with limited resources. For more than fifteen years she has been providing training and coaching based on Kanban, Lean, CMMI and Agile to companies in different industries. With insights and practical guidance she helps them combine and adjust the methods to their unique contexts, improve their management practices, deliver better products and services faster, and adopt continuous improvement culture. Teodora runs Berriprocess, a training and coaching company based in Bilbao, Spain.
