About the author (2012)

JACQUELINE MARTIN LLM has ten years' experience as a practising barrister and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Cases: Criminal Law and Unlocking Criminal Law, both published by Hodder Education. She is also series editor for Key Cases and Unlocking the Law.

Chris Turner is a qualified barrister and Senior Lecturer in law at Wolverhampton University. He has taught law at all levels and is an experienced author whose other titles include Key Facts: Tort Law and Key Cases: Tort Law, also published by Hodder Education. He is Series Editor to "Unlocking the Law", "Key Facts" and "Key Cases", all published by Hodder Education.
