About the author (2007)

     Chimp Robertson, a former bull rider on the rodeo circuit has seen it all.  He is an author, poet, song writer (songs recorded by Chris LeDoux) private pilot, artist, auctioneer,  rancher, public speaker, army veteran, and sky diver.

     He has had many stories, articles and poems published by various magazines and newspapers, including the Western Horseman, Cattlemen, Horse Lover's, Hoofs and Horns, Farm Journal, Yamaha World, Paint Horse, Horseman, among others, and has also authored three books, I'LL BE SEEING YOU, TALL TALES AND LEGENDS, and POW/MIA:America's Missing Men.

     Born and raised in the panhandle town of Dalhart, Texas, he is retired and currently resides in Hooker, Oklahoma, where he is pumping wells, farming, working at a feedlot, and team roping.
