About the author (2000)

Rodriguez is the executive chef of Chicama in Manhattan and in Philadelphia.

ANDREW DICATALDO graduated from Johnson and Wales and has been the Chef de Cuisine at Manhattan's Patria since 1995. He is married and lives with his wife and two daughters in Fanwood, New Jersey.
