About the author (2003)

Canton is the senior lawyer in Harrison Pensa LLP's High Tech and e-Business Practice Group. He majored in computer science before entering law school at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1981.

Millar is the Executive Vice President and General Counsel with the Internet security and technology firm Attache Group Inc. He is a member of teh Canadian Bar Association Information Technology Section and the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association.
