About the author (2006)

\John Selby is a psychologist, writer, therapist, and teacher who has studied meditation with some of the world’s greatest teachers, including Krishnamurti. He has also researched psychology at Princeton and UC Berkeley and carried out fieldwork with the Hopi Indians and tribes in Guatemala. He maintains his therapy and training centers in California and Europe, and is the author of many highly successful books, including Kundalini Awakening; Listening with Empathy; Quiet Your Mind; and Seven Masters, One Path.
