About the author (2003)

Sean Sullivan became a senior photographer for Snowboarder magazine in 1990. For the next 11 years he traveled the world documenting a sport and lifestyle that was progressing rapidly. His work has appeared in numerous magazines and advertising campaigns, including Transworld, Plowmag, Rider, Snow Style Japan, Big Brother, Thrasher, and Details, testament to his standing as one of the most respected photographers in world of snowboarding. Sean Sullivan lives in Portland, Oregon.
