In a word - Yes! It doesn't matter whether you are a student of a particular martial art or not. Everyone can use the principles of the martial arts. Live Like A Black Belt explains these ancient principles and gives you the tools you need to apply them to virtually everything you do. To say that the martial arts have been a positive benefit to me would be an understatement-the martial arts have transformed my life. I want everyone to have access to this remarkable trove of knowledge. - David Deich
