About the author (2009)

David Deich has been a student of mind-body disciplines for over thirty years. He holds a 6th degree Black Belt in Ryukyu Kempo Karate and a 5th degree black belt in Taekwondo in addition to being a long time practitioner of TaiChi, Qigong and Meditation. He is also a Reiki master level practitioner and a certified personal trainer. David teaches Karate, TaiChi, Qigong, Meditation and Self-Defense in the Southern Indiana area.
