I have read this book and enjoyed it dearly. I may be a family member to the author, but in never my life would I believe that book written by him would grab more interest to me then a Video game or a movie or even a sporting event. I never read books often, I barely read fine print on a candy bar not knowing that all the calories that are in it are not good for me.
Aside from all that, this book made me want to read more and more every time I finished a chapter. Some plots of the story took me a few times to read over to understand the situations but when it came to the action parts of the book the romance and even the horror. I became intrigued. I wanted more, I couldn't get enough of the story. Once I finished the book and finally closed the cover I asked him is there going to be another book!?
I am his son, I do not read often. I will say this made me want to read, and not because he is my father, no because this book took me to a place where I really thought I was there.
I hope many read this book. I also hope many give good reviews about it.
