She knows what she is doing! I had an Indian exchange student who taught me some great dishes, so have a bit of experience. Madhur Jaffrey is great. Every dish I have done from her book (5 so far) are delicious - try the Chicken, Red Lentils & Green Beans in 1 Pot, & the Chicken, Spinach, & Coconut Milk. Very good!
