About the author (1995)

Fay Presto, a world-class magician, has been invited to display her tricks, talents, and illusions before many audiences including such luminaries as Eric Clapton, Dustin Hoffman, and Queen Elizabeth II of England. Fay has invented and staged illusions of many types, including the launch of Microsoft Windows 95, where she arranged for Miss Hong Kong to hurtle through a plate glass window. Her titles include Making Magic.

Freelance illustrator Penny Dann was born in Slough, Buckinghamshire, UK. She attended Amersham College in Buckinghamshire on a two year foundation course and then she studied Visual Communications at the Brighton College of Art. She is well-known for her bestselling Secret Fairy Series. She currently lives in Brighton in the UK.
