I love pie and I know grief so I totally ate this book right up. This book reminded me of Pam Houston's "Contents May Have Shifted"...and Beth and Pam have to know each other. They would hike together. Read full review

About the author (2013)

Beth M. Howard has been a journalist for more than 20 years, specializing in personality profiles, adventure travel and outdoor sports. In 2001, she quit a lucrative web-producing job to bake pies at a gourmet deli in Malibu, California.
