I googled "Intermountain Heart Institute" and it was literally the first result so idk wtf that guy is talking about haha? The book is good and has facts that have been preached by many scientists over the years over and over again. Pick it up at a bookstore and start reading it a little before you buy it, its not bullshit.

This book was made for bros. They claim so much based on experiments that they dont reference. This one is great: "Simply adding intermittent fasting to your lifestyle can cause a 2,000 percent increase (?!?!?) in GH, according to research published by cardiologists at the Intermountain Heart Institute."
I googled: "Intermountain Heart Institute" "intermittent fasting" and got nada. Save your money.
