What is your model for management?

Most Christian leaders will answer one of two ways:
* I gleaned it from college and work.
* I gleaned it from theological training and ministry.
The problem is, what the first can lack in biblical principle, the second will often lack in biblical practicality.

In this updated classic, Myron Rush gives excellent counsel--biblically principled and biblically practical--to those who have been called of God to lead and manage others.
