Carol Bergmann is an executive coach, facilitator and speaker. She began her professional career as a software engineer in the computer field. She has over 28 years of business experience spanning a unique combination of Information Technology, Quality Management, Business Management, and Human Resource Development.

Since the early ’80s her path has taken her into the study of Eastern philosophies, including meditation and yoga. She worked with various teachers to develop her intuitive abilities and learn to work with subtle energy fields. Since 1993 she has been applying these concepts in her business environment with remarkable results.

Most recently she founded Aligned For Action, LLC, a unique organization supporting those that seek to integrate inner wisdom into the business world. Coaching, facilitation (individual and group) and seminars are among the many services provided for those who dare to step outside of the box of traditional business practices.

She currently resides in Denver, Colorado where she enjoys exploring the serenity of the Rocky Mountains.
