"Margo Feiden's The Calorie Factor" has been a useful tool for me from the time I acquired it in 1989 to now. Although one can find calorie values easily on the Internet these days, the prose in this book is still inspiring. And Feiden's philosophy of weight loss still holds true and, in my experience, makes more sense than the faddish diets that come and go on an almost daily basis.
