Cassar practices osteopathy, sports medicine, and other related therapies including therapeutic massage. He has been a successful massage tutor for a number of years and has lectured widely on the subject. Mario-Paul is the Principal of the Massage and Bodywork Institute and was a founding member of the British Massage Therapy Council.
