Since the discovery of carbon nanotubes by Ijima in 1991, they have been finding numerous applications due to its superior properties. One way to exploit these properties is to develop a composite. We have developed a SU-8 polymer composite, fabricated the samples and conducted tensile tests under various conditions. The properties revealed have then been compared with the properties of just SU-8. The properties of carbon nanotube reinforced SU-8 is seen to be superior to that of just SU-8 at room temperature at a particular concentration. However, the properties deteriorate with increasing temperature.
