He podido leer parte de este libro, y me parece muy interesante.
Debido a que tuve una extracción de mis ovarios, por un cancer, he sufrido de los sintomas de la menopausia por mucho tiempo y desde
muy joven 34 años, también esta la resistencia de los médicos a la medicina natural, y muchos de los medicamentos recomendados tienen hormonas y por tanto pueden afectar a personas que ya hemos tenido cancer.
Me parece estupendo disponer de información del porque de los sintomas y las distintas soluciones para eliminarlos y/o disminuirlos, además de los pro y contras de distintos tratamientos.
Voy a implementar algunas sugerencias que aquí indican, como el ejercicio, la dieta y la respiración, además de la adquisición del libro para mayor detalle.
