I really love how this book gives exercise and a benefit for each excercise. It goes into detail about accupressure points, Meridans, bones and organs. Pretty much the whole package about sysmptoms, what to do for it and how it works. This is a must have if you have some body or mind challenges you want resolve and no time for a class you definately can conduct you own class and you can tailor it to meet your needs. Before reading this book I thought excercise was pretty general in its effect. After reading it I developed a deep interest in my body and mind. I love pictures with details on what to do. I love explanation on how it works also. I would definately recommend this book to anyone.
