But this book (and #2) are the ones that keep referring to when I want to find the right exercise for my students and clients. The principle behind each exercise is expressed with such elegance,making it easy and efffective to transfer to others. Plus I like the color photographs. I found Meridian Exercise to be a truly holistic approach to self healing exercise that unites physicality with energy and the mind. I recommend it as reference to all my students and clients. Also...this book shouldn't be classified as juvenile non-fiction. Enjoy!
