FORGET IT!!
This may be a great concept- but it's like telling someone if they want to be rich, just go to med school, do your residency, and after years of toil and suffering, you'll be rich! Simple
, right? Wrong
I purchased this program, and it is so freakin complicated, good luck understanding it. Also, unless you have a private home gym, you have to have everything pre set up for you. In a crowded gym where most of us workout, I seriously doubt the other patrons will delay their workouts, so you can shift between the pieces of equipment you need because they are more interested in YOU achieving your goals than they are in themselves.
And the nutrition program? If you work for NASA, maybe you can comprehend it. The program itself is over 500 pages- I don't know about you, but I don't have that kind of time.
