Inside Jobs Coaching Company, 2005 - 89 pages
Moving Up To Management is a book/DVD package that is designed to help highly competent licensed caregivers who have been promoted to management positions, master the role of leader, manager, supervisor, and team leader. The package combines information with worksheets, which guide the new managers as they learn the skills and attitudes necessary to function effectively in a managerial role. Along the way, it helps the reader capitalize on past experiences and bring out his/her natural abilities, so he/she will feel as capable and competent in a supervisory position as s/he did in the former role as care giver.
