A delightfully queer parody of the serial detective novels of the 1950s. Frank and Joe Hardly team up with Nancy Clue and Cherry Aimless and their chums to solve the mystery of the missing Hardly parents--who have been kidnapped while searching for secret rocketship plans stolen from NASA.

Seems very slightly racier than the previous two Cherry Aimless / Nancy Clue books. Also, the first with male main characters as well as female. I expected more of them, given the subtitle as a Hardly Boys mystery. Read full review
